Terms and Conditions for Exhibition Services by Wavy Design & Technology FZC:
1. Service Assurance:
- Wavy Design & Technology FZC guarantees an unwavering commitment to delivering exhibition services of the highest quality, ensuring client satisfaction.
2. Liabilities:
- The client acknowledges that Wavy Design & Technology FZC is absolved from responsibility in cases of theft, fire incidents, customs clearance delays, or any delays caused by shipping companies. Clients are advised to secure appropriate insurance for potential risks.
3. Modifications:
- Any requested modifications to services will be subject to additional charges. Wavy Design & Technology FZC reserves the right to determine the extent of modifications and associated costs.
4. Stand Assembly:
- The assembly of exhibition stands will be negotiated separately in a distinct agreement. Wavy Design & Technology FZC reserves the right to revise assembly costs based on the complexity of the stand and any additional requirements.
5. Supplier Collaboration:
- Wavy Design & Technology FZC maintains the right to collaborate with suppliers deemed suitable for the project. The primary focus is always on delivering services of the highest standard to clients.
6. Cancellation and Refunds:
- In the event of cancellation by the client, Wavy Design & Technology FZC retains the right to withhold a percentage of the service fee to cover incurred costs and lost opportunities.
7. Intellectual Property:
- All intellectual property rights related to designs, concepts, and materials produced by Wavy Design & Technology FZC remain the exclusive property of Wavy Design & Technology FZC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Dispute Resolution:
